Refund Policy

At Deluxe Mobile Detailing, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide the highest level of care and service for every vehicle we detail. If you are not satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy below.

1. Timeframe to Request a Refund

Customers must request a refund or service adjustment within 48 hours of the completed appointment. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible, as vehicle conditions can change due to use and environment.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied due to missed areas, incomplete work, or service not matching the package purchased, we will first offer to correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepaid service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Type of Refunds

Full Refund: Issued when a prepaid service is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice or if we are unable to provide the service.

Partial Refund: Issued for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or when only part of a service was completed.

Service Credit: In many cases, we may offer a credit toward a future detail instead of a refund, at the customer’s discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on vehicle condition outside our control (e.g., stains, odors, or damage that cannot be fully removed).

  • Missed appointments or no-shows without notice.

  • Situations where the customer fails to disclose pre-existing damage or hazards.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or service correction, please contact us within 48 hours by phone or email with your: appointment details, a description of the concern, and photos of the concern.

6. Final Decision

All refund and adjustment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Deluxe Mobile Detailing reserves the right to determine whether or not a refund, partial refund, or service credit will be issued.
